A Discovery Call is a friendly, no-pressure phone or Zoom conversation. It’s your chance to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit before committing to a session. 

Each session is customized just for you. We’ll talk about your goals, use gentle hypnosis to access your subconscious, and work to rewire the root patterns keeping you stuck. You’ll receive a personalized recording to support your healing after the session. 

 It depends on your goals and the depth of the issue. Many clients see big changes after 1–3 sessions. For deeper integration, ongoing support sessions are available.
 

 No problem at all. You’ll be fully awake, aware, and in control the whole time. Most clients say it feels like a deeply relaxed, peaceful state — like guided meditation.
 

 Yes! You can visit my cozy office in San Francisco’s Marina District, or work with me from anywhere via Zoom. Both are equally powerful.
