I’m Sandra,

I have always been captivated by the workings of the human brain and the reasons behind our behaviors. With a BA in Psychology, my journey into the mind began in earnest in 2009 when I completed hypnotherapy training at the HCH Institute in California. My fascination grew with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). I pursued advanced training at NLP Marin, earning my NLP Practitioner certification in 2014 and becoming a Master NLP Practitioner at NLPCA in 2015. Driven by curiosity and commitment, I became a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) therapist under the guidance of Marisa Peer, an internationally acclaimed therapist..

Nothing brings me more joy than guiding people back to themselves, whole, empowered, and free. My approach blends science and soul, grounded in proven techniques, guided by deep intuition, and always centered on your unique path.
